Health Freedom Update [HFU] Newspaper Order Form

a) Individual - Four individual copies are mailed to your Canadian home/business for an annual fee of $7.50 CDN plus applicable taxes. This includes four editions of our newspaper, which includes shipping & handling. A $2.50 CDN surcharge is applicable on all individual subscriptions shipped outside of Canada. The total international subscription price per year is $10.00 CDN and there are no Canadian taxes on export orders.

b) One Time Multiple Order/Multiple Standing Order - Bundles of 200 copies are $100.00 CDN and shipping and handling fee is included. Master bundles of 1000 copies are $400.00 and shipping and handling fee is included. GST Applicable taxes additional where required by law.
